POSITION SUMMARY:
1. Assist to complete department daily administrative/personnel affairs, to provide timely and effective administrative services.
2. To be responsible for interior and exterior reception and coordination.
3. Conference arrangements:Conference preparations,Meeting minutes.
4. Arrange/coordinate training, organize and arrange the department collective activities
5. Complete the other work assigned by leadership
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1.College or above
2.More than two years of the administration management experience in MNC
3.English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill, can use English as a working language
4.Have good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, be flexible
5.Skilled operate all kinds of office software, such as word, excel, PPT etc
