B.S. or M.S. in Biological, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Sciences with more than twoyears hands-on laboratory experience in biochemistry, cell biology and/or molecularbiology.基本要求1、生命科学、制药学、或生物医学专业本科及以上学历；2、熟练掌握普通分子生物学、细胞生物学、或生物化学实验方法, 有分析解决实验中问题的能力。有多年实验室相关工作经验者优先；3、工作认真，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，学习能力强，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；4、有较好的英语读写能力。
